Makes 4 servings

Elements
1 lb boneless skinless rooster breasts, reduce into 1 inch strips
1 1/3 cups orzo pasta, raw
1 1/2 cups (about 2 medium) zucchini, julienned or chopped
1 medium inexperienced pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups (about 3) plum tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can fat-free rooster broth
1 tablespoon chopped recent rosemary leaf or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt


Preparation
1. Spray a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray and warmth over medium-high warmth.
2. Add the rooster and stir-fry for about 5 minutes (till browned).
3. Stir within the rooster broth, orzo and garlic.
3. Warmth till boiling; cut back the warmth, cowl and simmer for about 8 minutes (or till the liquid is absorbed).
4. Stir within the remaining elements; carry to a boil.
5. Cowl and simmer, stirring as soon as, for about 5 minutes (till the pepper is crisp-tender and the orzo is tender).

One serving is roughly 450 grams.
