Yesterday I took my recumbent to the Northeast alongside the Coyote Creek Path, going so far as Capital Expressway in San Jose. The climate was fairly good, though it’s nonetheless hazy from the wildfires up across the Oregon border. Afterwards I headed over to the West aspect to complete up a nice forty mile journey. A pleasant “meditation in movement” session.

I’ve had each hips changed and a coronary heart valve alternative resulting from a genetic situation.
